Ellen Lee, Managing Director of DDI, Taiwan, is responsible for the regional operation, business development, and marketing strategy.  Her extensive experience in business development enables her to work with senior executives in culture building, talent strategies, and leadership development solutions with companies in the high-tech, manufacturing, retail, banking, insurance, and telecom industries closely.

Before assisting clients in Taiwan, establishing a global footprint, Ellen spent four years in China to help local private companies align their people strategies with their business model. 

Ellen specializes in integrated HR solutions with an emphasis on coaching C-level executives to make organizational transformations and transitions.  She is committed to helping multi-national and local clients identify and develop current and future leaders for their business needs.
