Management Consultant, DDI Australia
Over the course of twelve years at DDI, Matt has partnered with hundreds of organisations to develop exceptional leaders who create business impact by raising the performance of their teams. He does this by working with clients to understand their business imperatives and developing solutions that prepare leaders to achieve those priorities.
In his current role, Matt manages a team of leadership advisors who consult with HR executives to map out a leadership strategy for their organisations – and execute on that strategy. Prior to this, Matt contributed to the development of DDI’s emerging leader training programs and day-in-the-life leadership simulations.
Matt enjoys immersing himself in the full scope of key client projects, from designing an approach fit for a complex global rollout, to identifying the perfect personnel to work with a group of leaders, to measuring the impact leaders are making on their teams and organisations.
