With over 20 years of international experience in the industry, including having led and grown his own successful businesses, Chris has a proven track record of helping clients to challenge and stretch themselves in the pursuit of ambitious goals.

Chris and his team partner with clients through multiple stages of a project from scoping, planning and designing through to delivery and the measuring of impact and results. As a highly experienced consultant Chris particularly enjoys working with senior stakeholders to develop commitment and align leadership acceleration activities with strategic business priorities, ultimately achieving sustainable business impact from their efforts.

He works with leaders and executives to help them gain personal and business insights and shape them into growth strategies that align with their organization’s needs. This involves creating insight on bench strength and leader readiness for current and future business challenges as well as shaping and implementing strategies to close talent gaps. Most recently Chris has been enjoying working with clients in in the financial services, professional services, construction and natural resources sectors and overseeing global engagements of his team in other industries.
