For over 20 years Laurence has been working with a diverse range of global and regional organizations on developing and implementing leadership strategies and programs that drive business results. As DDI master trainer, she is experienced in design of individual and collective development journeys, executive coaching, lean transformation, and complex project management in selection, assessment and development and leadership potential.

Laurence partners with clients by analysing the needs of the organizations and their maturity levels and helps them determine key factors for success in implementing their leadership strategies. She is particularly passionate about diversity and collective intelligence. Laurence’s extensive experience delivering programs in multicultural environments enables her to ensure DDI solutions deliver desired long-term impact on the business and people.
